“Sarah is like a rainbow you can touch” Emma Guns, The Emma Guns Show

Sarah Powell is a speaker, celebrant and the founder of Celebrate Yourself, a framework which encourages people to celebrate who they are.

At the start of 2018 Sarah retrained to become an accredited wedding celebrant; writing and performing bespoke and joy-filled ceremonies for couples. She has now also developed alternative bespoke ceremonies which recognise any occasion and can mark any moment. Birthdays, milestones, new beginnings and the completion of any life event can be celebrated with a ceremony that is as unique as the person being celebrated.

This ultimately led to developing her wellbeing and self-help tool, self-celebration. Following on from self-love and self-care, self-celebration shows you how to celebrate the person you are right now. It is a support tool for you to have with you at all times and a secret weapon to cheer you. Through her talks, workshops and online classrooms, Sarah teaches the principles and techniques of self-celebration to show you how to celebrate who you truly are.

Sarah is a columnist for Red Magazine online and co hosts two podcasts, Jules and Sarah with Jules Von Hep and also Wobble, a podcast about body confidence and happiness. She has over 10 years experience in radio and TV including ITV’s This Morning, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side and heat radio.

Sarah will be hosting Wellbeing Workshop on Saturday

Self Celebration

We have had self- love, we have had self-care, now it's time for self-celebration.

Discussing everything from silencing your inner critic to being kind to yourself, join us and self-celebration expert Sarah Powell to discover how to Celebrate Yourself.

Self-celebration acknowledges, supports and celebrates who you are right now. It bypasses the modern day pressure to have more and be better and instead offers a quiet and brilliant support tool in your back pocket at all times, cheering you on. It opens up the potential for what we allow ourselves to honour and therefore how we experience our lives. Because there has never been a better time to recognise yourself as you are, right now.
