Can I upgrade from a standard to a gold ticket?
Yes, absolutely, but these will be subject to availability. Please get in contact on firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to upgrade.
Can I buy a day ticket for the Sunday Session only?
Due to the limit we have on the number of people we can get into the yoga space, we are offering the Sunday Chill session as part of a weekend ticket. This means you get to enjoy both days, and we promise you, you will not want to miss out everything that’s on offer throughout both days.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, this is possible, please get in contact with email@example.com for more information. We will be accepting payment plans by monthly direct debit.
Are refunds possible?
Unfortunately not, but they are transferable. If you have someone you would like to come in your place, then simply pass it on to them to bring to the event.
Are there any group discounts?
Group discounts are available if you’re booking a group of 5 or 10, please get in contact with firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Booking treatments / READINGS
I’m gold ticket holder, how do I book treatments / time slot for aura photography?
We will be in touch shortly after your booking with a link to book your time slots for the treatments and aura photography session. Please do book these ASAP.
I have a Standard ticket, how do I purchase add-ons such as treatments, aura photography, readings or lunches on the Saturday?
If you’ve booked a standard ticket, we’ll be in touch closer to the event start date with the option to include add ons purchases to your ticket. The benefit of this is that you are more likely to get bookings for the treatments you want, as these are subject to availability, and on a first come/first served basis. Please do note that Gold Ticket buyers will be given priority for treatment and aura photography bookings.
Can I book treatments, readings or aura photography on the day?
Absolutely, but bear in mind, that many of the slots for the treatments, readings and aura photography may have already been booked in advance. So to avoid disappointment, our recommendation would be to either purchase a Gold ticket, or purchase add-ons to your Standard ticket.
Will I be able to purchase lunch on the day?
Totally, vegan or vegetarian lunch boxes, snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase on the day. Please bring cash!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We’re not aware of any restrictions on food you can bring into the space, but this may change, so we’ll let you know if it does. There will be delicious food for you to enjoy for lunch, as well as snacks and refreshments, but if you have specific dietary requirements / intolerance, it is advisable to bring your own, so you are caring for your needs.
Is this event for women only?
The event is open to all, regardless of how you identify. Our intention is to provide a supportive and inclusive for anyone to take part, regardless of gender and ethnicity. We will be operating in a safe, open and non-judgemental space.
Can I bring my child?
The event is open for those aged 16 years and above, please note those 16-18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or carer. Some of the content of workshops and talks may be of ‘adult’ theme or content (this doesn’t mean X rated!!!) , so we encourage you to be mindful of that when booking.
You are welcome to bring babes in arms (non-walking) babies, but please be mindful that if they become unsettled throughout any of the talks or workshops, or in the treatment spaces that you find space away to take little one for a wander, there’s plenty of space for you to enjoy. Please note, there are no official baby facilities, and if possible, we encourage you to have a day to enjoy putting the oxygen mask on. If you can get some child care for the day, then please do enjoy this time for you.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself, an open-mind, a yoga mat and blanket (if you’re taking part in any meditation or movement sessions), and a re-fillable water bottle.
What should I wear?
Whatever you feel comfortable in. If you’re planning to attend any yoga, meditation or movement sessions, then wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Sequins are actively encouraged 😉
Please note, that this is England, and even though the Island has its own micro-climate, we can’t rely on the weather, so bring layers to keep yourself as warm, or as cool as you need.
Will there be parking on site?
Yes, there is parking which you will be directed to on arrival. If you are driving, please consider if you can car share with someone else attending to cut down on the amount of traffic in and out of the venue, and on site. We want to ensure minimal impact on the land, or to traffic as access is via a country lane.
I have a weekend ticket, can I stay at Weston Manor House?
The Awakening is non-residential, so it’s not possible to stay at the house itself, but there are plenty of options for accommodation nearby — including Weston Manor B&B, which is attached to Weston Manor House. Visit Isle of Wight is a great place to look, and there’s always AirBNB.
Please bear in mind that the event is taking place at peak season, so it’s advisable to book accommodation as soon as you’ve booked your ticket.
I am coming from the mainland, what’s the best way for me to get to The Awakening?
Dependant on where you’re coming from, there are a number of options for getting to the space depending on whether you are coming by foot, or by car. Take a look at the Travel & Accommodation page for more information.
If you’re bringing your car over, it’s advisable that you book the car ferry ASAP, as the event is taking place at peak time. If you’re coming by foot, you won’t need to book as a foot passenger, but you will need a taxi to get you from any of the ports to the event space.
